Welcome to Partners of Caring Heart Center, a space for individuals and businesses to find out how to partner with us in supporting our vision of a community where every life is cherished, valued, and supported. Our mission is to offer hope and help to women and couples involved in an unplanned pregnancy.

This is a multiple day online + live Zoom training in pregnancy clinic management. This training is done through the National Institute of Family and Life Advocates (NIFLA) and covers legal matters, medical standards, policies and procedures, and marketing, among other areas.
Equips our staff to provide consistency and excellence of care in accordance with our values. $100 to train the facilitator, $40 to train each volunteer (24.5 hrs/coursework per volunteer).
Educational materials in Spanish and English on pregnancy and pregnancy-related decisions for both mothers and fathers
Provides legal support and training to board and staff members; example: helps navigate the legal side of providing medical services through ultrasounds and ensures the center's legal compliance through on-site audits.
Provides resources specifically designed to support pregnancy centers; examples: grants, scholarships for clients, training for staff, networking with other pregnancy centers, and professional consultations.
These are lab grade pregnancy tests which do have an expiration date so they would be purchased on an as-needed basis.
This would be an amount set aside for the purpose of restocking consumable items (i.e. ultrasound gel, cleaning equipment).
Space to park our mobile medical unit when not providing services.
Quote received for changing phone number on exterior of mobile unit.
This is based on a quote we received from an insurance provider that specializes in coverage for pregnancy help organizations, which would cover commercial auto insurance for the mobile unit. general liability insurance and medical liability insurance. Still exploring other quotes to compare options.
This would go towards covering the administrative costs associated with fundraising events and advertising our existence to the public.
This is a long-term goal to be able to establish a more permanent location.
It is our goal to eventually be able to compensate our staff. This not only helps our team members who work directly with clients to be able to spend more time and gain more training in their role, but also helps create stability within the organization and consistency of service quality by reducing staff turnover rate.
